With the development of its own automatic chronograph movement, Hublot sought to create—as with all its creations—something first, different, and unique. As the soul of the timepiece, this 'open heart' calibre reveals its completely redesigned architecture, featuring a dual-clutch system and a switching wheel on the dial side, along with a 72-hour power reserve. Its construction comprising 354 components has been refined and optimized to enhance reliability and robustness.

KERAMIK

For Hublot, materials are an integral part of their watch design. They must complement the design, protect the movement, and withstand the test of time. Therefore, the manufacture has decided to use high-tech ceramic for certain bezels and cases – an extremely durable and nearly completely scratch-resistant material (with the exception of diamond) based on zirconium, which is sintered at very high temperatures.
