In developing its own automatic chronograph movement, Hublot – as with all its creations – sought to craft something first, different, and utterly unique. As the soul of the timepiece, this open-heart movement reveals its completely redesigned architecture, featuring a dual-clutch system and a switching wheel visible on the dial side, alongside a 72-hour power reserve. Its construction, comprising 354 components, has been refined to the greatest extent possible to enhance reliability and robustness.

KERAMIK

For Hublot, materials are an integral component of their watch design. They must complement the design, protect the movement, and withstand the passage of time. Consequently, the Manufacture has chosen to utilize high-tech ceramic for specific bezels and cases – an extraordinarily resistant and nearly scratch-resistant material (with the exception of diamond) based on zirconium, which is sintered at extremely elevated temperatures.
